Communication Preferences
By registering an account with our Service, you consent to receive newsletters, marketing materials, promotional offers, and other types of communications from us. Should you decide you no longer wish to receive these communications, you have the option to opt out by using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting us directly via email.
Product and Service Purchases
In the event you decide to buy any product or service offered through our Service (“Purchase”), it will be necessary for you to provide specific details relevant to your Purchase. This may include, but is not limited to, your credit card number, the credit card’s expiration date, your billing and shipping addresses.
You affirm that: (i) you are legally authorized to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) you employ for any Purchase; and (ii) the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current.
We may engage third-party services to facilitate payment processing and the completion of Purchases. By providing your information, you authorize us to share your information with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We retain the right to reject or cancel your order at any time for various reasons, which include but are not limited to: the unavailability of the product or service, inaccuracies in the product or service information, pricing errors, mistakes in your order, or other reasons.
We also reserve the right to adjust the number of words allocated for the output or input or to implement usage restrictions per hour, irrespective of previous agreements at the time of subscription. These adjustments are made based on our model capacity to ensure fair and equitable access to our services for all users and to maintain the quality of our services.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
Competitions, Giveaways, and Special Offers
Any competitions, giveaways, or other special offers ("Promotions") provided through our Service may be subject to specific rules that differ from these Terms of Service. If you choose to participate in any Promotions, it's important to review the relevant rules as well as our Privacy Policy. Should there be any discrepancies between the rules of a Promotion and these Terms of Service, the rules of the Promotion will take precedence.
Subscriptions
Certain areas of the Service are available only through a subscription model ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring, regular basis ("Billing Cycle"). Depending on the subscription plan you choose at the time of purchase, Billing Cycles can be either monthly or yearly.
At the conclusion of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or ChatPM cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by reaching out to the ChatPM customer support team.
To process the payment for your Subscription, a valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, must be provided. You are required to give ChatPM accurate and complete billing details including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By providing this payment information, you authorize ChatPM to automatically charge all Subscription fees incurred by your account to the provided payment methods.
If, for any reason, automatic billing does not occur, ChatPM will send an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually complete the payment within a specified deadline, covering the full amount for the billing period as outlined on the invoice.
Free Trial
ChatPM, at its own discretion, may offer a Subscription that includes a free trial for a set period of time ("Free Trial").
To sign up for the Free Trial, you might be asked to provide your billing details.
If you provide your billing details when registering for the Free Trial, ChatPM will not charge you until the Free Trial period ends. On the final day of the Free Trial, unless you have canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically billed for the Subscription fees corresponding to the plan you chose.
ChatPM reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to (i) change the Terms of Service for the Free Trial offer, or (ii) terminate the Free Trial offer.
Fee Adjustments
ChatPM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any moment, to change the fees charged for its Subscriptions. Any changes to the Subscription fees will take effect after the conclusion of the current Billing Cycle.
Without prior notice, ChatPM also retains the right to (i) alter the Terms of Service for the Free Trial offer, or (ii) discontinue the Free Trial offer.
By continuing to use the Service after any changes to Subscription fees are implemented, you are accepting and agreeing to pay the updated Subscription fee amount.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for contracts within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
ChatPM is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, dependable service to all users. It is expected that users will not misuse or excessively use our services, as overuse by an individual can affect service quality for others. Users are advised to choose plans that best suit their professional needs and business scale. Users experiencing high usage are encouraged to upgrade to a higher-tier plan, inquire about custom plans, or utilize our business API.
Over 95% of our users consistently stay within the defined usage parameters. Exceeding these limits may result in restricted or reduced service access, with or without advance notice.
Our systems actively monitor for automated or robotic behavior to ensure the safety and quality of our service. Unauthorized sharing of login details for unlimited accounts for profit is illegal. Each subscription is meant for the use of a single individual, and sharing an account among multiple users is prohibited.
Warning: Unusually high usage or sharing of login details may lead to suspension or deletion of your account without prior notice, and no refunds will be provided.
Prohibited Uses
The Service is to be used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including exposing them to inappropriate content.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ChatPM, a ChatPM employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- In a way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm ChatPM or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
Our AI service provider, "Open AI", prohibits the generation of sexual, religious, and political content. Generating such content is strictly forbidden, and attempts to do so will result in an "Unsafe Content" error message, which should be considered a final warning. Repeated attempts will lead to subscription cancellation, barring from future service use, and no refunds will be issued.
Furthermore, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that disables, overburdens, damages, or impairs the Service or interferes with any other party's use of the Service.
- Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or similar devices, to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
- Launch any form of attack on the Service, such as a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack.
- Take any action that may damage or falsify ChatPM's rating.
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service in any other manner.
Analytics Services
We may engage third-party providers to help us monitor and analyze how our Service is used.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google that collects data on website traffic and usage. Google processes this information to track and observe how our Service is utilized, and may share these insights with other services within the Google ecosystem. Additionally, Google has the capability to leverage the gathered data to customize and tailor advertisements within its own advertising network.

Age Restriction for Use
The Service is designed exclusively for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or utilizing the Service, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal authority, right, and capacity to enter this agreement and adhere to all of the Terms and Conditions set forth. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you are strictly forbidden from accessing and using the Service.
Account Creation
By creating an account with us, you confirm that you are over the age of 18, and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and/or account. You also accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You are prohibited from using as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than yourself without proper authorization, or any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, along with its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality, shall remain the sole property of ChatPM and its licensors. Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in Australia, the United States and internationally, our trademarks, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from ChatPM.

We take the intellectual property rights of others seriously. It is our policy to respond to claims of copyright or other intellectual property rights infringement made against content posted on the Service.
If you hold copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to contact@chatpm.co, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement,” including a detailed description of the alleged infringement as outlined below in the “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims.”
Be aware that you could be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims on the infringement of any Content found on and/or through the Service on your copyright.
Error Reporting and Feedback
You are welcome to send us information and feedback regarding errors, suggestions for enhancements, ideas, complaints, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”) either directly at contact@chatpm.co or through third-party sites and tools. By providing Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) you will not hold any intellectual property right or other right, title, or interest in the Feedback; (ii) ChatPM may already be considering similar development ideas to your Feedback; (iii) your Feedback does not include confidential or proprietary information from you or third parties; and (iv) ChatPM is not bound by any confidentiality obligations regarding the Feedback. If it's not possible to transfer the ownership of Feedback due to mandatory laws, you grant ChatPM and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sublicensable, unlimited, and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute, and commercialize) the Feedback in any way and for any purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The services provided by ChatPM are on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ChatPM makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of its services, or the information, content, or materials included. Your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is solely at your own risk. Neither ChatPM nor any person associated with ChatPM makes any warranty or representation regarding the services' completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability. ChatPM disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose, except as cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify ChatPM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in any way, even if ChatPM has been advised of the possibility of such damage. If ChatPM is found liable, any damages will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, excluding any consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
ChatPM may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service.
Governing Law
The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, overriding any prior agreements regarding the Service.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Service, or any part thereof, at our discretion without prior notice. We shall not be liable if, for any reason, all or part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any duration.
